Company: Oneday
Role: Design Lead
Context
Oneday is a personalized video platform that helps businesses—such as senior living communities and sales teams—create, automate, and send personalized video messages at scale. The platform integrates with customers’ CRMs to support efficient, relationship-driven communication.
Problem
Users frequently reused the same video clips across multiple messages, but the product lacked a way to save, organize, or share those clips within the app. This forced users to recreate content or manage clips externally, slowing down workflows and making team-wide reuse difficult.
Solution
I led the design of a clip library feature that allowed users to save, organize, and reuse short video snippets directly within Oneday. The experience was designed to fit naturally into existing creation flows, reducing friction in repeat workflows while enabling easy sharing and reuse across sessions and teams.
Impact
The feature reduced user frustration, as validated through user interviews, and significantly increased video creation speed. It quickly became a core workflow for power users, with consistent adoption observed during user sessions and ongoing usage analysis.
